We want you to love your order. This policy explains how to cancel, return or exchange an item, and how refunds work. It does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Changed your mind?
If you buy from our website, you can cancel your order and return most items within 14 days from the day you receive them, for any reason.
To cancel, email us at ben.sturgeon.design@gmail.com with your name, order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the cancellation form below. You then have 14 days from telling us to send the items back.
- Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging where possible.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning items when you have changed your mind.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as items are your responsibility until they reach us.
- If an item has been handled more than needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value.
Items we cannot accept back
Unless they are faulty or not as described, we cannot accept returns of items that are personalised or made to your own specification, for example items with your own text or a custom design. This is permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. It is your responsibility to ensure that any order placed reflects the exact specifications you require. We will make your item to the exact specifications provided, if you have made a mistake, it is your responsibility to recognise it.
Faulty or incorrect items
All our products are checked before dispatch. If your item is faulty, damaged, not as described or not what you ordered, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including:
- a full refund if you tell us within 14 days of receiving it, or
- a repair or replacement, and if that does not fix the problem, a refund.
Please email ben.sturgeon.design@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will pay the cost of returning faulty or incorrect items and will tell you how to send them back.
Minor layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process and are not a fault.
Refunds
- We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned items, or within 14 days of you giving us proof that you sent them back, whichever is sooner.
- If you cancel your whole order, we will also refund the standard delivery cost you paid.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method. We do not charge a fee for refunds.
Exchanges
If you would like a different colour or option, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. This is the quickest way to get the item you want.
Where to send returns
Please email us before sending anything back, so we can match your return to your order. Return address information will be sent to you with order.
Orders from Etsy, eBay or TikTok Shop
If you bought from us on another marketplace, please contact us through that marketplace so your return stays linked to your order. That marketplace’s own policies may also apply.

If you wish to cancel, you can copy and complete this form and email it to us. You do not have to use it.
