Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom, and to many countries worldwide.
Delivery costs
- United Kingdom: free delivery on all orders.
- Outside the UK: a flat rate of £25 per order.
The delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Dispatch times
Most of our products are 3D printed to order. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 3 working days. Personalised or custom items may take longer, and we will tell you the expected time on the product page or by email.
Working days are Monday to Friday, not including UK bank holidays.
Delivery times
- UK orders: we post with Royal Mail. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
- International orders: delivery usually takes 5 to 15 working days after dispatch, depending on the country and local customs.
These times are estimates. Unless we agree a different date with you, we will deliver your order within 30 days of your order being accepted.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charge and are paid by the customer. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.
Tracking
If your order is sent with tracking, we will email you the tracking details when it is dispatched.
Lost or delayed parcels
Your order remains our responsibility until it is dispatched. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, please email us at ben.sturgeon.design@gmail.com. We will look into it with the carrier and, if it has been lost, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at ben.sturgeon.design@gmail.com as soon as you can, with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will put it right with a replacement or a refund. This does not affect your legal rights.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange delivery again. We will ask you to cover the cost of sending it again.
